My meditation classes focus on using mindfulness techniques to connect students with the innate sense of calm within and cultivate a deeper sense of patience, acceptance and self-compassion. I challenge my students to overcome the perceived barriers of meditation ("I don't have time", "my mind is too busy", etc) and provide them with the skills to adopt a mainstream meditation practice into everyday life.
