Happy New Year! πŸ™πŸΌπŸ₯‚πŸ’•  I hope you've had a beautiful festive season filled with laughter, love, family, friends, food and an abundance of joy. Over the past few weeks, I've had the pleasure of indulging in some R&R in Melbourne, Byron Bay and Mount Martha and am feeling extremely grateful to begin 2018 feeling totally refreshed.

Over the past few days, my partner Ed and I have spent some time discussing our plans, desires, and intentions for the year ahead. I've never been one to set resolutions, however, I always find that this time of year provides the perfect opportunity to create a clean slate mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually.

So, with this in mind, I thought I'd share with you some of the resources that are helping me to transition into 2018 with clarity, drive and purpose.

PLAN + REFLECT
I always like to start the New Year by reflecting on the year before; what I learned, how I changed, what I gained, what I let go of and what I feel most grateful for, and by setting some intentions for the year ahead. For the past few years, I've used Susannah Conway's amazing workbooks to help me dive deep into planning and reflection and couldn't recommend them more highly. If you'd like to give this process a go yourself, you can download her Unravel Your 2018 workbook here

ATTEND
If you're based in Melbourne and are wanting to delve a little deeper into setting some heart-based intentions for the year ahead, my lovely friend and colleague, Sacha Stewart, is hosting a workshop on how to Create Your 2018 From The Heart on Saturday 13th January. Through a mixture of meditation, energetic knowledge and rituals, Sacha will help you to identify anything that might be holding you back, and tap into your innate wisdom and intuition for what you’d like to create for 2018. You can find out all of the details and sign up for her workshop here.

MEDITATE
Lastly, I know it can be challenging to maintain a regular meditation practice during the busy holiday season, in fact, I’m the first to admit I’ve been a little slack with my own practice lately. So, that’s why I decided to create a free 7-day meditation challenge to help you (and me) get back on track. If your practice has been a little lacklustre lately or if you’re wanting some additional accountability, join my 7-day meditation challenge and together we can start 2018 feeling calm, clear and content. Click here to sign up.

I'd love to hear your feedback, thoughts and insights, so please don't hesitate to get in touch.

Wishing you all the very best for 2018.

Meg x
