I've never meditated before, can I take this program?

Absolutely! This course is suitable for students of all levels of experience.
 

Do I need to have specific spiritual or religious beliefs? 

Not at all. This  meditation course shares secular teachings in a way that makes it accessible for everyone. All you need is an open mind and the willingness to begin.  


Is the program live or self-paced?

This is a self-study program that begins as soon as you register. 
 

How do I access my weekly resources?

You will log on to the members website and be able to view your resources, which will include;
