Learn to Meditate is a four-week online self-study meditation course that provides you with the foundation blocks to implement (and stick to) a daily meditation and mindfulness practice, despite the myriad of obstacles that might get in the way.
Supporting you through each module, these lessons include a 2 - 5 minute video followed by a downloadable PDF workbook full of practical exercises and reflection prompts.
Ranging from 2-minutes to 20-minutes in length (increasing as the course progresses), these guided meditations will provide you with simple, step-by-step instructions to follow as you implement a daily practice.
You'll receive exclusive access to a members-only online classroom, providing you with the opportunity to ask Meg questions and connect with like-minded meditators from all around the world.
Module 1: Meditation and Mindfulness 101
A clear understanding of what meditation and mindfulness both are, and the scientific benefits behind the practices
Module 2: How to Implement a Regular Meditation Practice
Simple techniques to develop a daily mindfulness meditation practice (that you'll actually stick to!)
Module 3: Learning to Be Less Reactive

The Learn to Meditate course is available at all times, so you don't have to wait until the next release date in order to start up. You can sign up for the course whenever you're ready, take as long as you need to work through the four modules (you'll have lifetime access after all) and you'll be able to chat with Meg or other participants so you'll never feel alone in your journey.
I'm a Melbourne based Meditation and Mindfulness teacher and was lucky enough to be introduced to meditation when I was only four years old.
While I lost touch with meditation during my teenage years I had the insight and the wisdom to return to the practice in my early 20’s and have been meditating consistently ever since.
But I wasn't always like this.
For years prior to my daily meditation practice, I struggled with anxiety, depression, insomnia and extremely low self-esteem.
I went on and off anti-depressants, I saw doctors, naturopaths, Balinese healers, Chinese doctors. I tried cleanses, veganism, fasting and anti-inflammatory diets. I did yoga, Pilates, tai chi, qi gong… you name it, I tried it.
Out of all of the different ‘healing’ methods I tried, returning to my meditation practice helped me the most. It was the one practice that allowed me to feel my feelings, listen to my intuition, develop my sense of self and heal the wounds that were keeping me awake at night.
After quitting my corporate job in 2014 I knew it was my calling to help others transform their lives with this amazing practice, so I began teaching regular meditation classes, courses, retreats and workshops.
And now I'm here to share with you all of the tools, techniques and skills that have helped me, and will help you to transform your life to a place of calmness, clarity and contentment.
Watch the 'Mindfulness vs. Mindlessness' video from Module One and then take 5-minutes to meditate with my 'Introduction to Mindfulness' meditation.
