My daughters loved the yoga classes but especially the meditation. They said Meg was so inspiring and relaxed. They really connected with her. I believe they have the foundations of mindfulness that will assist them in the coming months.
I really enjoyed this course. It has really helped me with overcoming things that used to be challenging. I highly recommend it.
I absolutely loved it. I came to the course pretty anti-meditation and yoga, and in a sense was pretty closed off from it. But I am leaving with a new found appreciation and love for it.
My time throughout the course has been great and it has definitely opened my mind to being more aware and mindful of my surroundings. I am sure it will help to improve my performance in my future studies.
It was really fun and came at a great time for myself personally. Everyone was really nice and there was no judgement. I always felt excited to come and it always relieved my anxieties of the day.
