The world we live in expects us to put on a brave face, go back to our “normal” selves and hide our heartache and suffering. 

We are expected to carry our burdens alone.

To pretend that we are doing just fine. And to ignore the fact that deep down, we are struggling. 

But what we really need is the space to take off the mask and show up exactly as we are

To share in our raw humanness; our messiness, our fear, our vulnerability, our shame and our authenticity.

What we need is community.

To be seen, held and lovingly supported within a safe and nurturing space by people that truly understand and have been there too.

The Healing Circle

A free weekly community meditation group to help you tend to your hurting heart, reconnect with your body and share sacred space within a safe container.

You’re invited to join us exactly as you are. All that is required is your willingness to be with the everchanging unfolding of this healing journey.

Each week we will come together to slow down and ground, support our nervous systems and emotions with guided meditation, and hold space for one another.

Online Schedule

The Healing Circle is facilitated online via the Insight Timer app on Friday’s at 9.30am AEDT.

For our US-based participants, this is Thursday 2.30pm PST / 4.30pm CST / 5.30pm EST.


Meg James is a Trauma Recovery Coach and Meditation Teacher with a background in Psychology.

She specialises in helping people with traumatic histories break free from survival mode and rise from the ashes like never before.

By combining her qualifications in both Eastern and Western philosophies with her own lived experience, she helps her clients rediscover their power, integrate their past circumstances, and move forward toward a life of resilience and joy.

  • The Healing Circle is for anyone who has experienced adversity, trauma, difficult life transitions or loss of any kind and is ready to sit with their suffering within a safe community environment.

    Within The Healing Circle you will be invited to tend to your nervous system, emotions and your raw humanity amongst a group of participants who are walking the same path and know how it feels to do this deep inner work.

    If you’re looking for therapy, are experiencing a severe mental health crisis, are wanting to give or receive advice, or perhaps aren’t quite ready to process what you’ve been through, then it might not be the right time to join us.

  • The Healing Circle is facilitated online via the Insight Timer app. We meet each week on Friday’s at 9.30am AEST.

    For our US-based participants, this is Thursday evening 4.30pm PDT / 6.30pm CDT / 7.30pm EDT.
